Every capability call is checked against your plan limits and configured budget.

What is limited

Depending on your plan (Free / Indie / Studio / Custom):

• concurrent jobs
• executions per hour
• active durable jobs
• retained payload bytes
• history retention days
• project, environment, and API-key limits

Signals

When you hit a limit, the API returns:

• 429 for rate limiting
• 402 for budget exceeded
• 403 when your plan or project configuration does not allow the request

Retry with backoff on 429. For 402, review project budgets or upgrade plan limits at Studio Billing — see Billing & plans. For 403, review plan entitlements on pricing or contact support for Custom.

Budgets

Execution options can carry budget constraints. BYOK still bills your provider account; Hydracept budgets help prevent runaway spend before work starts.
